Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account? No. Everything works without an account. Sign in only if you want backups.

Where is my data? On your phone. If you sign in, a backup is also kept in a private folder only your account can read. See the privacy policy.

How do I move my data to a new phone? On the old phone, sign in and tap Settings → Account → Back up now. On the new phone, install ChipTrail, sign in with the same account and choose Restore.

I play in several currencies. How are totals calculated? Each session keeps its own currency. Totals are converted to your main currency using the exchange rate of the day you played. You can change the main currency in Settings.

An event is missing or wrong. Email the event name, venue and a link to the official schedule. Clubs can send their schedules the same way.

How do I delete my account? See Delete your account.

賽事資料缺少或有誤。 請寄信告知賽事名稱、場館與官方賽程連結。俱樂部也可以用同樣方式提供賽程。
